Adults 18 years, of age and over: Take 1 capsule daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days.

Pfizerhas recently announced that it would pay $250 million to settle allegations it has improperly marketed and sold a number of prescription drugs, including Nexium, a generic name for Prilosec, a generic name for Prilosec and Prilosec XR, a generic name for Prilosec XR.
